Graduated Licensing Discussion on Gormley

On July 2nd, 2008, John Gormley hosted a one hour segment regarding Graduated Licensing in Saskatchewan and whether it is needed or not.  John takes the publics calls where we hear many differing opinions regarding the subject. SMA believes strongly that some sort of Graduated Licensing is not only needed but that it's absolutely essential in lowering insurance costs and saving lives.
