REGINA, Sask. -- The province of Saskatchewan has reached a deal with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to withhold income tax refunds and GST rebates from drivers who have unpaid traffic fines in the province. "One of my priorities is to ensure we do the best possible job collecting money owed to this province," Justice Minister Don Morgan said. "We will continue our work in this area to make it clear there are serious consequences for people who do not pay their fines." If you have an outstanding traffic ticket from Saskatchewan, you can pay it by calling 800-661-2024. http://www.trucknews.com/issues/ISArticle.asp?id=80175&issue=02142008 Related Articles:You CAN ride a motorcycle prt4Advertising on SMA SGI requests first rate increase since 2000 Saskatchewan Cost of Living vs Alberta Graduated Driver's Licensing for new motorcycle drivers SMA's Featured Images, Stories and Components 101 Ways to Drop Your Motorcycle |
