Two motorcycles collided on Victoria Avenue East Saturday afternoon, sending two teenage males to hospital.
Two teenage males were taken to hospital after their motorcycles collided on a busy Regina street on Saturday afternoon. Around 3:15 p.m., four motorcycles were zipping eastbound on Victoria Avenue, just past Arcola Avenue when two of the bikes happened to collide, according to the Regina Police Service.

The rear-end collision resulted in one bike veering off and hitting a parked car while the other was knocked down and slid past MacKay Street, finally stopping at Francis Street. The other two motorcyclists raced off, according to police.
The crash victims, described by police as being in their mid to late teens, were taken to hospital in stable condition. Police reported that speed was believed to have been a factor in the crash and Highway Traffic Act or Criminal Code charges were a possibility.

Eastbound lanes of Victoria Avenue from Arcola Avenue to Francis Street were blocked off for roughly an hour after the collision while police investigated.
