Victory unveiled today two new, dramatically-styled, v-twin touring machines, the Victory Vision Street and Victory Vision Tour. Victory says both of these bikes will be available for sale in the Fall of this year.

Known for its chance-taking with styling since it was launched in 1998, Victory motorcycles pushes the styling envelope once again with the Vision Street and Vision Tour. As the photos illustrate, there is nothing particularly "traditional" about either of these designs, aside from the fact that they are powered by the big air and oil-cooled Victory Freedom v-twin (of an unknown displacement at this time).

With a six-speed transmission (featuring "true overdrive") and belt driven rear wheel, expect the Vision Street and Vision Tour to offer plenty of power to carry rider, passenger and luggage in the fast lane. Good range should be offered by the six gallon fuel tank. Storage capacity is massive in the Vision Tour (6,750 cubic inches), while the Vision Street features saddle bags only (a claimed 3,370 cubic inches of capacity).

Victory claims to offer the most comfortable perch in the class with a low 26.5 inch seat height, over 4 inches of padding for both rider and passenger, and feet-forward floor boards that allow multiple foot positions. Options will include an electrically adjustable windscreen, as well as adjustable side wind deflectors allowing riders to adjust air flow on-the-fly. Victory claims the Vision Tour will offer "every luxury amenity", and modern conveniences like GPS navigation and MP3 audio support are part of the package.

The Victory Vision Street and Vision Tour will initially be offered in three colors, including black, super steel gray, and midnight cherry. Pricing has not yet been announced. MD will be at the riding introduction of these motorcycles. Stay tuned for complete riding impressions.
