Honda is currently moving forward with a plan to consolodate all Honda products under one roof.  Could this mean that Alsport, Custom Cycle, Thunder City and others across the province could lose the Honda line from their stores?

Honda's plan is that if it has the Honda brandname on it, they want it all under one roof.  Cars, Bikes, Watercraft, Lawn Mowers - everything.

Dealers will have the option of becoming exclusely Honda or they will lose the dealership.  This may very well mean that many of the car dealerships who have the space and the money will end up being the Honda dealer defacto and the little guys will not be able to keep Honda around.

How much of this is fact is yet to be seen, but there are a few sources cropping up (many of them rather reliable) who verify that Honda is definitely shaking up the Canadian Honda scene; how much so will remain to be seen over the next couple years.
