Why can't I login and/or logout?

If you are having difficulties logging in or out, here's how to fix it.

Due to the various site upgrades and the new URL change, some members have experienced some issues with their cookies. When they delete all the cookies related to SSBR and/or SMA, the problem is resolved.

The easiest way to fix this is to delete any saskma or saskstreetbike cookies you have stored on your computer. Due to SMA moving over to the new site, sometimes there can be a conflict with the cookies from the old site and new.

There are 2 ways to fix it, the first one is recommended.

Fix #1

If you use XP (The process is very similar in other versions of Windows too)

Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\*WINDOWS_USER_NAME*\Cookies. If you do not see the Cookies folder, don't worry, it is there, you may just not have hidden files & folders displayed. So, either just put that complete path in the address bar, which will take you to that folder even if you don't see it, or within Windows explorer, click Tools>>Folder Options>>View>>Select "Show Hidden Files & Folders".
Now that we're in the folder, search for anything that has saskma or saskstreetbike in it. There should only be a couple. They should be named WINDOWS_USER_NAME @saskma.com, WINDOWS_USER_NAME @www.saskma.com, WINDOWS_USER_NAME @saskstreetbike.com or WINDOWS_USER_NAME @www.saskstreetbike.com.
Once you delete those cookies, empty your recycle bin, close ALL browser windows and return to SMA, you should be successfully fixed up and you shouldn't experience the problem again.

Fix #2

There is a much simpler way to do this, but it will get rid of ALL cookies which means any sites that you frequent like online banking etc, will forget all that information that it remembers all the time. Like usernames etc. To do this, within IE, click Tool>>Internet Options>>Delete Cookies. The other process is suggested though, but it is a bit more involved.
