2-Stroke

A 2-Stroke engine is one having two strokes per cycle. It is also known as a stroker.  The power/combustion stroke is where the exhaust gases are released and occurs on the downstroke.  During the upstroke, the fuel mixture is drawn in, compresses and fires before heading back down again.
