Traded in my V-Strom last week for an '08 Can-Am Spyder SM5. Have done 1030 kms so far -- mostly highway, including 550 km this weekend and I'm getting used to the major differences in the handling. Steering is like an ATV, so very different than 2-wheels.

Am liking it so far, but it's rough on gas. There's around 3500 km on it, so hoping fuel economy will improve as it's broken in.

It's very different looks sure does attract lots of questions and stares anywhere I've been. I still haven't seen another on the road but apparently there are several around.
