Getting bumped. 6 Months, 2 Weeks ago
Kevin

The last few times that I have logged on to view the forum and such, I have been logged out after a few minutes. Usually after leaving the forum page and browsing in the articles section. Is this normal or what?

Hey Scott;

Thanks for the post...we just implemented the new forum last week so any feedback is appreciated.

Do you use the "Remember Me" checkbox when you log in?

Let me know, I'll look into it in the the meantime as well.

Regards;

Kevin

Hi Kevin

The short answer is no. The long is that when I initially logged in after registering I did use the "remember me" and since then when logging in all I need to do is type in the first letter of my username and the program autofills my full username and password. Hit login and I'm in. I thought that was what "remember me" is all about. Am I wrong. Am I supposed to use it everytime I login. You're the boss. Advise me oh great one.

Thanks Scott;

I believe you were the victim of site updates. I was doing some installs over the past week and had to clear the cache a few times to ensure the changes were successful.

Let me know if the "great one" can be of any service or if this happens again.

Regards;

Kevin

I will continue to investigate if there is a fix.

Thanks for the feedback - I can't fix stuff if I don't know it's problem
