cycle salvage 2 Years, 5 Months ago
I have heard cycle salvage mentioned in a few posts. I am not familiar with them and was wondering what stuff they carry? Do they have any HD parts? Would they have parts for Jap chopper projects? Is there a web site?

Their full name is Regina Motorcycle Salvage. They've been around for years and years here in Regina and basically what they are is a Motorcycle Wrecking Yard of sorts. They have a yard full of old bikes and stuff.

If they don't have the used part you are looking for, they will order it for you at (in my experience) very reasonable prices. Randy and Dino have always come through for me when I've needed them anyhow.

They could quite possibly have some HD parts and such, it would just depend on what you need and what they have. They've let me go diggin' in the yard for parts and stuff so they may be able to supply you with things you might need for a chopper project.

They also have a bike or two for sale throughout the year and sometimes you'll get a decent deal. They'll also do repairs for you although I've heard debate as to whether it's worth the money you save getting them to do it as opposed to other shops in town.

Overall, I like them and I deal wth them when I need something. If nothing else, they're always good for technical knowledge when in a pinch.

I've dealt with these guys a lot over the last few years. Always willing to help and very good advice. As far as work price I can't say as I do all my own repairs. But for parts new or used they are reasonable.
