Hey guys, My kid mixed the oil/gas wrong in his 03 yz 85 and seized the piston to the wall.  Pulled it apart and the side of the pot is scuffed but other than that it doesn't look damaged.  Even the ring looks okay.  Whadya think the best course of action is for something like this??  Hone the cyl. and put it back together or what?  New ring for sure or should I be looking deeper?  does this sound like something that an incorrect fuel mix would do?  Thanks for your help. :helpsmilie:

OK, so after a little bit more indepth observation it looks like it needs a piston and ring as well.  Where should I take it for the machining and re-assembly?

I would have suggested Wall&#039;s engine, where i used to get all that stuff done.&nbsp; but renee closed down!!!! anyone know what happend to his shop? did he just move?<br /><br />he was the only engine shop i ever used.&nbsp; good prices, and had a super kick ass shop.
