The Supreme Court of Canada says Canadian standards will tolerate sex clubs featuring group sex and partner swapping amid spectators. <br />Ruling on two similar Montreal cases that went in opposite directions in the provincial appeals court, the justices say the test for indecency is the harm it causes, not simply community standards.<br />The 7-2 decision says group sex or partner swapping in a private club doesn&#039;t cause harm to society and shouldn&#039;t be criminal. <br />The cases involve two swingers clubs in Montreal that allowed sex acts, including swapping. <br /><br />What do you think of this?

I dunno...I think Canada is on the fast track to having no moral code whatsoever...<br /><br />Just because some decide that something should be allowed doesn&#039;t mean that it should be government endorsed IMO<br /><br />I mean...the government has a responsibility to create an environment with ethics and morals and with the decisions that the supreme court and/or the government have made lately...it would seem that this concept eludes many of them.

i figure as long as people want to bang eachothers wives, let it be,&nbsp; they will probabely do it anyways, so why not have it organized,&nbsp; just keep it away from the city, maybe out in teh industrial area or something
