ahh yes the roadrash queen...she's been telling her story for a few years now. Would she get as much attention if she wasn't good looking?

I'd have given it the same attention. Those are nasty looking wounds.
Heck I'm still hesitating on buying a non full face helmet.

I would only wear a non-full face in town putzing around at 50 or when I'm at the motorcycle safety course (I'm being trained right now to become an instructor)

Thats half the reason I want one, for the course.
Right now a full face is warm

I haven't ridden a sport bike much, how fast would you have to be going to have a chain of events like that happen?

I know first-hand how dangerous a partial helmet could be. But time and good luck fades the memories
