Harley in the fresh concrete 3 Years, 4 Months ago
So we're pouring concrete yesterday across ross ave by sears warehouse when this nice looking year old Harley rides around the barricades and the road closed signs and straight into the foot deep concrete!! I felt bad for the guy but holy shit was it funny. I've seen cars do that lots and even a guy on a tenspeed but this was the first motorbike. (the guy on the tenspeed face planted so that was a good one) Best part was when he got off the harley and the bike stood there without the kickstand!! Buddy sprayed it off when they finally got it out but I'm bettin that bike won't be the same. By the way, this was NOT a newbie rider. Said he had 30 years in the saddle. :littlebike4:

That must have been hilarious!!! Man, I wish i coulda seen that.

I did a similar thing once...but I was the guy being an idiot. I was in my VW Golf, I had JUST moved to Calgary. Now, I'm a Regina boy born and raised so I never heard of a thing called a bus trap. If you've never seen one, it's like a huge cattle gate that is meant to actually prevent cars from drivin' through but lets buses with the wider wheel base can cruise through.

So, it's raining, it's late at night so I can't see too well, and I'm delivering KFC at the time, and this guy in front of me is goin' like 30 kms, for like 10 blocks, so I finally illegally pass him just in time to see a "Do Not Enter" sign, and so I fugure whatever it's late, noone's coming so I'll just go through.

BAMMMMMM.... paz_smilie: BAAMMMMMMM.... paz_smilie: BAAMMMMMM!!!! And now my steering wheel is turned 90 degrees just to keep it straight and the front end feels looser than a whore...Everyone I ever told that has seen one of these things can not believe I made it all the way through...

1200 dollars damage to the car.... :wallbash:

Funny thing was, my crappy Kenwood CD player that I had in there used to skip ALL the time....didn't skip once over that bus trap.
