Rain gear 5 Months, 1 Week ago
Any suggestions for rain gear. I have a Joe Rocket Alter Ego jacket and pant that have the water proof liner but looking for a more practical solution.

I like Wetskins from Costco. They don't compact as much as I'd like but you get a full suit (with removable liner in the coat) for around 85 bucks.

Mine doesn't but then it fits pretty snug (perfect actually) over my riding jacket.

They're made of really think waterproof material...not your average raingear. I've had mine for 4 years now without issue.

I cheaped out and picked up the suit at Rec Supply for $30, should work fine for what I need. I was actually surprised at the value.

Theory says that the faster one goes, the less time they spend in the spot that could kill them. Practically, I'm not sure whether I want to test that theory.
