Hey all, I haven't had a bike in a couple years and even then the bikes I had were nothing to speak of... but just yesterday I picked up a 2003 Suzuki Volusia. Seems like a really nice bike, and well cared for but I need to clean the carbs first thing. I did an oil change today and went for a ride but it is sputtering and doesn't want to idle without a little choke. So I figure its the carb... Plus the previous owner only rode it 3 times in the last 2 years...

nice scoot, if it has a inline fuel filter change it and if not its real easy to put a inline filter on, youll find alot less grief and the carb will run smooth for a long time after you clean it,,, dont forget saint victor biker boogie, 3rd weekend in june
