Question about interprovince 1 Year, 2 Months ago
Hi everyone. My name is Tony and live in BC as of 1 month ago. I lived in Regina for the past almost 6 years, anyway...my question is...I was wondering if I can go to regina and take the learners test and my safety course and the whole spill, and even get an M there with my BC drivers licence, or do I write my learners here in BC and go to Regina for the motorcycle safety course. Then come back to BC and do my road test? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys. Have a great weekend everyone

I would think your best bet is to just get it in BC...I doubt you would be able to write the learner's for your M with an out of province license.

If you did write your learners here though, you don't need the safety course to do your M road test and get your full motorcycle license. It is obviously a good thing to do - but it's not mandatory.

Thanks Kevin. I was thinking about it and maybe I should take the safety course here in BC. I just wanted to take it there in SK because I've heard good things about the program there. Things such as it(the course) being one of the best programs out there in the country. Ant the fact that its just under 500 dollars when its all done, for the intro and the safety courses. Here in BC its about 70 and something. Plus I was going back to Regina for a couple of weeks, so I figure...why not? Anyways...Im going on about the same thing....but yeah...thanks for all the info. Looking fwd to getting my M and coming out there to do some cruising. Take care and see you around.
