To ensure the enjoyment of any and all members, these rules are to be followed carefully:- Any form of slander or defamation with the intent to attack the reputation or good name of a fellow SMA member will NOT be tolerated.
- Respect your fellow SMA members.
- No racist, sexist, hateful, threatening, or obscene remarks.
- Do not repeatedly post the same information in multiple threads, or start multiple threads with the same information as others. This considered SPAMMING.
- Please do not commercially advertise in the gallery or in the forum. This is a commercial forum section to do this in and there are also many advertising options available at affordable prices.
- The use of "Saskatchewan Motorcycle Association", "Saskatchewan Ride for Sight", "www.saskma.com", "sask motorcycle association", "SMA" (or any derivation/abbreviation/form of our registered URL name or our previous URL and site name SSBR, Saskatchewan Streetbike Riders and www.saskstreetbike.com) on merchandise or any other type of promotional material with the intent to represent SMA as an organization and to be used in association with personal gain, IS NOT PERMITTED in any way.
- Respect Administrators and Moderators AT ALL TIMES. Do not disrespect, mock or threaten them in any way, shape, or form. Using other mediums such as "MSN Messenger" or EMAIL to do these things will not be tolerated either. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
- Topics (threads) made with the intent to exclude fellow SMA members, or topics (threads) that, by their nature, discourage participation by ANY SMA member, will not be allowed. Violation of this rule will result in the thread being deleted and the member notified that it is unacceptable.
- Global use of PM's are not tolerated. If you have something you want everyone to know, make a post in the forum.
- Posts are moderated and will be deleted and/or modified if found to be in opposition to this policy.
- Just keep in mind that this is not your site, and that as long as you treat it and the people here with respect, you will never have any problems.
Failure to comply with the rules can result in your post being deleted, thread being deleted, account being altered without prior warning, or account being banned/deleted at anytime. You may receive ONE warning before being banned/deleted depending on the severity of the incident. |
