Regina Exhibition Association Limited manages, maintains and markets IPSCO Place, a 102-acre site with several multi-purpose buildings worth more than $40 million.
The Association, a non-profit volunteer organization, operates on an annual budget of $9 million and employs approximately 100 full-time and more than 400 part-time staff. The Board of Directors of the Association directs policies and activities. The Board is elected by the Association's shareholders (members). In addition, representatives from City Council and the Saskatchewan Department of Agriculture are appointed to the Board. Parking:

Located in Sections 110, 104 and 121. IPSCO Place allows one attendant seat to be purchased per disability/wheelchair seat purchased. There are special disability/wheelchair prices for Regina Pats games.
Children 2 and under are free provided they sit on someone's lap. This policy is in effect unless otherwise specified by the promoter. Several concessions and specialty stands are located on the concourse level. .
